Google Authenticator Integration:

The system now supports Google Authenticator as a secure option for multi-factor
authentication (MFA). Users can choose to verify their identity using either a One-Time
Password (OTP) sent to their registered email or through Google Authenticator during
the login process. These settings are one-time and permanent for enhanced security.

 

 

Improvements:

  • Firewall restrictions preventing the upload and access of PDF has been resolved.

 

 

  • Implemented enhanced certificate encoding to ensure secure and standardized
    digital certificate generation.

 

 

  • Optimized the Job Opening screen for improved performance, usability, and faster
    data loading.

 

 

  • Redeveloped the Overtime Report (Summary) for enhanced clarity, accuracy, and
    streamlined data presentation.

 

 

  • A country selection dropdown field has been added to the Company Profile under
    the ‘Other’ tab, allowing users to specify the company’s country.

 

 

  • When the ‘Jobs Feed’ icon is clicked on the recruitment dashboard, the system
    now displays detailed information about all current job openings. This
    enhancement allows users to easily view and access specific details, such as job
    titles, regions, departments, advertisement dates, and closing dates, directly from
    the dashboard.

New Features

 

1: Reporting Hierarchy in Manage Users

A new Reporting Hierarchy column has been added to the Manage Users screen. It
displays the assigned hierarchy levels (e.g., “1 Level” or “All Level”) for each user, making
it easier to manage and review reporting structures.

 

2: Birthday Buddy Role Setting

The Birthday Buddy option is now available under the Time App section in the role
settings. Admins can enable or disable this feature for specific roles, providing better
control over access to this functionality.

 

 

3: Face Attendance Setting

A new feature, Face Attendance, has been added under the Time Rules, Attendance, and
ESS Access section. This option enables attendance marking through facial recognition,
enhancing security and convenience.

 

 

4: Interviewer Assessment and Pre-Screening Integration:

Integrated support for interviewer assessment, video interviews, and prescreening
through platforms like Interviewer.ai, Maqsam, and Zoho Recruit to streamline the hiring
process.

 

 

Improvements

 

  • The “PMS Make Right Based (Add/Edit View)” enables users to add or edit
    performance records based on the correct criteria. The interface is designed for
    efficient and accurate record management.

 

 

  • LMS Rights Need to Work at Parent Level: LMS rights should be configured to
    work at the parent level to ensure proper access and control across the system.

 

  • The CPL value is automatically calculated based on overtime hours. However, if
    the approved overtime is changed, the CPL value does not update correctly and
    cannot adjust automatically.

1: InsureKar Integration

We’ve introduced seamless InsureKar API integration to simplify employee insurance
management:

  • Employees can access and purchase insurance plans directly from the portal.
  • Multiple plans,with clear coverage details.
  • HR teams can easily manage and add group insurance policies.

This integration ensures transparency, convenience, and a smoother experience for all.

 

2: Calendar Integration

The calendar is now available in LMS, and the Bilytica team will populate all events
based on the training schedule. This ensures better visibility and organization of training
activities for employees.

 

 

3: YouTube Link Integration in LMS

The LMS now supports YouTube links as per organizational demand, allowing seamless
integration of video content for enhanced learning experiences.

 

 

4: Performance Module Dashboard

The new Performance Module Dashboard provides a complete view of employee
appraisals and performance:

  • Appraisal Overview: Track total, ongoing, and completed appraisals.
  • Objective Contribution: Monitor department-wise contributions.
  • Performance Matrix: Evaluate key skills with scores.
  • Progress Tracking: Real-time appraisal status and insights.

This feature improves transparency and enables data-driven performance management.

 

Improvements

  1. After creating a new account, a verification email is sent to the provided email
    address. Users must verify the email to complete the registration process
    successfully. This ensures that only valid email addresses are registered.

    resumes, enhancing the recruitment process by saving time and improving

  • Half Sandwich Rule: Added the Half Sandwich Rule, which deducts a
    half-day leave if an employee is absent for either the first or second half of
    the day. This rule is designed to track partial absences accurately. Only one
    rule—either Half Sandwich or Full Sandwich—can be applied at a time,
    ensuring no overlap between the two policies.

  • Loan Request Multiple Attachments: Enhanced the loan request process to
    allow employees to attach multiple documents, streamlining the submission
    and approval workflow for loan applications.

 

 

  • Generate Password at User Creation: Implemented a feature that
    automatically generates a secure password during the user creation
    process, improving security.

    employees who work on weekends or holidays. Additionally, there is a new option
    in the profile settings to specify which employees are eligible for overtime and
    which are eligible for CPL.

 

 

 

  • Introducing a new feature in the On Boarding and Off Boarding process: the
    ability to hand over authority to a new supervisor. This ensures a smooth transition

  • To empower employees to keep their personal information up-to-date, PayPeople will allow them to edit their own profiles with admin approval. Here’s how it will work.. Edit Role >> Set up a role on the Manage Role screen with different levels of access and permissions. Create a role that grants limited access to view or edit personal profile information, while an “Admin” role has full access and approval rights.

 

 

  • ESS Screen: Provide employees with an “Edit Profile” option where they can make changes to their personal information, such as contact details, address, emergency contacts, or other relevant fields. This screen will only allow editing of information allowed by the administrator, for this purpose it will redirect to the Employee Action Form screen where you can put information you want to change.

HR Letter Request

 

Now you can create letters ( i.e Experience Letter, Salary Slip, Business Definition, and Vocational Letter). Dealing with letters is easier and more cost- and time-effective when your organization has access to custom HR Request templates.

 

  • Go to Setup >> Letter Template >> Select the letter type through master data.

 

 

  • Once the template is configured your employees can request it. Before You
    need to configure Workflow.
  • Then Go to Requests >> HR Letter Request >> Add Letter Request.
  • Fill in the Required Fields.

 

 

Location-based Payroll Processing & its approvals

 

With the implementation of our new payroll processing feature, we are now able to manage
payroll for multiple work locations based on an approval system. You can assign
rights and roles through the “Manage Roles” function in the setup.

Additionally, organizations can set up approval workflows to ensure that payroll is properly reviewed and approved by the appropriate personnel before being processed. This feature offers enhanced control and oversight over the payroll process.

 

 

Location-based Documents

 

With the location-based document feature, organizations can store their internal documents, such as HR policies, in a central repository that is accessible only to authorized users from specified locations. This feature guarantees that all documents are stored securely in a centralized location, simplifying their management.

 

 

Monthly Inputs & approvals

 

You can now process monthly inputs for several work locations on Right Bases. These inputs may include financial data such as expenses and operational data such as sales figures, production output, and employee performance metrics.

Monthly inputs on the right basis help to add the payroll inputs regularly and consistently provide accurate and relevant information after approval from the concerned team to support decision-making and operational activities within an organization.

 

  • Payroll Dashboard >> Monthly inputs.

 

 

 

  • Click on Create a New to add the required values.

 

 

  • Draft >> Pending >> Approved >> Finalized.

 

 

Draft:
When we run the Monthly Inputs Process, all employee monthly inputs are in the draft stage. In the draft stage, we can delete or post the monthly inputs.
Pending:
During the pending stage, the monthly information of employees whose imputed data is waiting for approval. Then, the designated person either moves the payroll from the pending status to the approved status or returns it for further action.
Approved:
In the Approved Stage, Approved monthly input data of employees can proceed to be Finalized or returned.
Finalized:
In the finalized stage, you can view the monthly inputs of all employees.
Import Button
You can add employees’ monthly input data in bulk, through the import button.

 

Documents Expiry

 

The document expiry feature is a software functionality that helps organizations keep track of document expiration dates. It enables users to set expiration dates for various types of documents, such as contracts, licenses, certificates, and permits.

 

 

  • First of all, the user needs to upload a document.
  • Go the Edit Profile >> Docs >> then upload documents then select Doc type.
  • You can add doc type through master data.
  • Description, Expiry date, then Add New list then click on Save.
  • After that you have to go to Team >> Docs >> Expiry.

There are four statuses in Doc expiry.

Draft >> Pending >> Approved >> Finalized.

 

Filter button

This button will help you to filter document expiry days. After that, You can view
Draft
In this Stage, the document will be shown on draft and you can Post Documents only.
Pending
In this stage, you can add a Doc fee if applicable then Post it or return it through
buttons.
Approved
In this stage, you can Add a new Expiry doc then Post it or return it through the
buttons.
Finalized
In this Stage, you can only view Finalized Documents.

Off-cycle payroll is a type of payroll that is processed outside of the regular payroll schedule. It can be used to pay employees for special or one-time events, such as bonuses, commissions, or overtime payments. The off-cycle payroll hierarchy includes four stages: Draft, Pending, Approved, and Finalized.
