How to View Employee’s Attendance? #

 

In Paypeople, viewing your team’s attendance is a breeze. Here’s how you can do it:

 

View Team Attendance  #

 

  • Go to Time > Attendance > Team Attendance.

 

 

 

  • Here you can see Team attendance according to the current day. Different types of signs marked against the day according to a kind of attendance.

 

Filter Team Attendance #

 

  • You can filter the attendance according to Location, department, and Designation by click Filter Attendance button.

 

 

 

  • You can also Filter the attendance according to month or year. For this click calender icon.

 

 

 

 

 

Search Employee Attendance #

 

  • Additionally, if you want to track a specific employee’s attendance, you can search for their attendance.

 

 

 

Attendance Detail #

 

  • Click the Symbol representing the employee’s attendance status.

 

 

 

 

  • You can track employee attendance, hours worked, and other related information.

 

 

 

How to Add Employee Attendance Manually? #

 

Adding manual attendance of an employee in Paypeople is a simple process that can be done in a few easy steps. Here’s how you can do it:

 

  • Using the Add Attendance button, you can add the attendance of an employee manually.

 

 

 

 

  • Select “Create a New” in the top right corner to create a new attendance.

 

 

 

 

  • Select the employee whose attendance you want to add manually.
  • Choose the date for which you want to add the attendance.
  • You can writie some note also.
  • Click on the “Save” button to add the attendance. The attendance will be saved can be see on attendance screen.

 

 

 

How to Add a Public Holiday? #

 

If you want to give holidays to your employees you can Add public Holidays follow the following steps,

  • Go to Employees Attendance > Add Holiday.

 

 

 

 

  • Click on  “Create a New” in the top right corner to create a public holiday.

 

 

 

 

  • Write the holiday’s name in the Name field.
  • Set the start date and end date of the holiday.
  • You can also apply multiple filters like work location, employee type, religion, and employee name.
  • Click Save button.

 

 

 

How to Upload Employee Attendance? #

 

  • You can upload the attendance of employees.
  • Navigate to Time > Attendance > Click Action button > Import Attendance.

 

 

 

  • Click Filter Employees button, select date and Download Format.

 

 

 

 

  • Fill in the staff attendance on the excel page.
  • Click Upload file button to upload the Excel spreadsheet and click on Import button.
